RETURN POLICY

Here is what to expect if you change your mind about your Millie+Sage bag. Merchandise may be returned as long as we receive it within 30 days of purchase, and you have the following:

  • Unused Merchandise: Nobody likes damaged goods.
  • Original Email Confirmation: We just need proof that this isn’t a catfish situation.
  • This return specifically excludes personalized products

 If 30 days have passed since your purchase or your item has been used, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to deny any items that do not meet our policy requirements. If the item is used, we will reject the return/refund and will send the used item(s) back to you.

 RETURN PROCEDURES

In the event that your purchase does not exceed your expectations, please email us within 30 days of purchase at hello@millieandsage.co.za for a return authorisation.

Once authorised, we will email you an exchange/returns form to complete. Items must be unused, not damaged or washed and in the original condition & packaging. Millie+Sage reserves the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use, has been damaged or is not in the original packaging.  The customer/ authorized stockist will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

PROCESSING YOUR RETURN

Print fill out and include the exchange/returns form along with your parcel.

Send your parcel to the following address:

Once our warehouse has received and inspected your return, your refund will be issued within 3-5 business days and you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. Please remember, the customer / authorized stockist will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

REPAIRS

Millie+Sage Bags come with a 6-month warranty. We take great pride in designing and creating high quality products that are constructed with both style and function in mind.

Having that said, each hand-crafted product is unique in its own way and can break.

If this happens within 6 months of purchase due to a manufacturing fault, we’re happy to repair it for free.

After 6 months, the cost for repair will depend on the nature of the repair needed.

Our warranty covers hardware and/or defects on items purchased through Millie+Sage online store or an authorized stockist.

Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover wear and tear due to normal, proper use of product, nor does it cover

  • Damage arising from normal wear and tear,
  • Damage arising from any alterations to the product,
  • Damage arising from negligence, incorrect use or abuse of the product,
  • Damage arising from inadequate care that could reasonably be expected
  • Accidents, spills, scratching off genuine leather or defects due to negligent use

 Should a product be defective we are happy to assess the defect and perform the following:

  • Repair the identified defect.
  • Exchange the defective product. 

PROCESSING YOUR REPAIR

Print fill out and include the repair form along with your parcel, and email your repair form to hello@millieandsage.co.za.

Millie+Sage reserves the right to elect whether the product should be repaired or exchanged based on a physical inspection of the defective

 

FACTORY LEAD TIMES

Retail – 10-14 working days

Wholesale - 4 to 6 weeks

Unforeseen delays may occur due to:

A supplier / stock shortage delay or a delivery / courier delay

Please keep in mind most of our products are handcrafted leather goods, therefore each product is a unique masterpiece.

                                                       CUSTOM DESIGNS

All custom designs will need to be sent through as a direct inquirer.  Once the custom design has been approved by both Millie + Sage and the customer it will be manufactured.  Please note all custom designs are done at a additional design fee. 

Take note that all designs remains the sole ownership of Millie + Sage. 

Millie + Sage  has the right to reproduce and alter the designs.
